Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel a lesson or program?
Open the app, go to your Schedule, tap the booking, and tap Cancel. Refunds follow the cancellation policy your coach set, which is shown before you book.
How do coaches get paid?
CourtHQ uses Stripe Connect. After a lesson is completed, funds are released to your connected Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Your account and personal data are removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What sports does CourtHQ support?
Tennis, pickleball, padel, badminton, and table tennis.
How do I report a coach or a problem?
On any coach's profile, tap the menu and select "Report this coach." For anything else, email contact@courthq.ai.

Freelance coaches, boutique academies, and club coaches running lessons and programs — and the players who book with them.
