Delete Your CourtHQ Account

Delete from within the app

1. 1.Open the CourtHQ app.
2. 2.Go to Profile.
3. 3.Tap Settings.
4. 4.Tap Delete Account.
5. 5.Confirm. Your account and personal data will be deleted.

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, email us from the email address on your account:

• —Email: legal@courthq.ai
• —Subject: Account Deletion Request

We'll verify your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

• —Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo, bio)
• —Your account credentials
• —Your bookings, lessons, and program history
• —Any reviews, ratings, and content you created

What may be retained

Certain transaction and payment records may be retained for a limited period as required for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes (including records held by our payment processor, Stripe). These are deleted or anonymized once no longer required.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
